Health Questionnaire & Blood Test
Once payment has been received, you complete our in depth health questionnaire and functional blood test.
Protocol
Receive your multi-phase protocol within 14 days of us having your bloodwork and questionnaire.
Book Consultation
Book your 1:1 functional health consultation where we will go through your protocol and make sure you understand and feel comfortable with the process and make any changes if we need to.
Ongoing Support
Once your plan is in place, we provide regular check-ins to track progress, updated blood and symptom analysis, adjust the plan as needed, and provide ongoing guidance and support. Whether through virtual sessions, phone calls, or email support, or telegram we’re here to help you stay accountable and on track.
