Sophie-joy is a women's gut health Nutritionist. Helping high-achieving, femal entrepreneurs heal their gut so they can ditch the bloating, fatigue, breakouts, and hormonal chaos—for good.

Sophie empowers women to take control of their health by prioritising stomach function, the gut-brain connection and adopting sustainable, evidence-based practices, with her a deep understanding of how nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle factors intertwine to impact digestive health. Utilising functional testing to gain insight to root cause and enabling a completely personalised approach.

Through one and one coaching and group programs she aims to educate, inspire and support women optimise their gut function, balance hormones, improve energy, and achieve lasting wellness. With compassionate guidance and practical tools, she supports women to cultivate wellness and in creating a vibrant, balanced life that nourishes both body and mind.
